evening :( 

unfortunately I have been extremely poorly, which is why I didn't update yesterday. how annoying. 

I actually have appendicitis, which isn't tooooo big of a deal, but I am soon going to have to undergo an operation and have my apendix removed. how annoying x 2. So, I wont be able to take the apetamin until I am well, or at least able to move and hit the gym like I wished. 

I havent been able to eat half as much as I would regularly, let alone with the apetamin so wonn't be suprised if I actually back track and lose weight. how annoying x 5001. I have just drunk around three litres of cranberry juice to try and flush all the nastiness out of my body. 

Buuuut, the next time I update I will be alive and well and hopefully beginning to gain that weight. 

Im just about to crawl back into bed and feel sorry for myself aaaand watch youtube videos.

Hey, 

so today I woke up at around 11:50 and missed breakfast :( but I took my first 10ml of Apetamin and had a late brunch. I had two pieces of bacon, two eggs and two pieces of buttered bread which went down fine. This isn't much more than I would usually eat and I did feel full up afterwards, so can't say the Apetamin is working very well yet. 

I then had a job interview and had dinner at around 4:40, taking 10ml of Apetamin beforehand, nothing had changed apetite-wise as I was only able to finish one fajita and a couple of chips. However, afterwards I managed to eat a couple of chocolate bars and sweets and am currently just laying up in bed. (10;02pm)

I have been very tired today, and took two naps that were around two hours each, definitely a result of the Apetamin, although I haven't felt drowsy so it's not too bad. I am quite hungry now, so I am going to get up to eat the rest of my dinner, or perhaps make a sandwich or something.

So today I decided to start up this blog in order to track my progress, whether I am going to share it or not I do not know. However I thought it'd be a nice idea to look back on how I (attempted) to improve the way I look. 

The photo here was taken around a week ago, before I went to the gym to train my legs. My main goal is for much larger / more toned and thick legs, as I quite like the way my waist is. 

I am hoping to increase my calorie intake in order to gain weight and then build that into my very own body goals. 

It is currently 5:30pm and I have a Chinese food delivery on its way. I have recently researched into the appetite-enhancing syrup 'Apetamin' and decided to order a bottle to give it a try. I haven't tried it out yet but I am about to take my first 10ml to see if I can finish a full plate of Chinese (which I haven't been able to do before).

update: its now 6:32pm and I have finished my dinner. I don't see a big change in my appetite after taking the Apetamin so don't have much to say about the product yet, just that it wasn't the nicest tasting syrup. I have researched that it doesn't properly kick in right away so hopefully it will soon!

update: 11:50pm - I have just recently woken up, the Apetamin really does make you tired, as I feel like I could go back to sleep for a whole 24 hours. It's apparently supposed to make you drowsy too, but I haven't felt that yet. The very second I woke up I ate a chocolate bar and a packet of crisps, and I'm about to start to eat this packet of chocolate biscuits... so it seems like it's kicking in. But we will see. I am hoping to go to bed shortly.
